Some of our Young Carers were interviewed as part of the @makenoise campaign and were broadcast on 19th June on Capital FM, Heart, LBC and Smooth FM.
Global have issued an update:
Thanks to everyone’s efforts completing challenges, sharing stories and generally making some noise, together we have raised over: £1,700,000
Perhaps even more importantly, your words have given people who thought they were alone a reason to hope, to pick up the phone and get the support they need.

We couldn’t include everything that we recorded with our charities but we hope this really captures the spirit of the past 3 weeks distilled into a few minutes. Everyone should have received some audio clips in the past few days as examples of your amazing staff, volunteers and beneficiaries sharing their stories and your charity story.
We’re looking forward to being able to share the news of your Make Some Noise grant from Wednesday 29th July at 12pm. The Make Some Noise social and digital platforms will be celebrating where the money is going, and showcasing how this money is more important now than ever.
