The purpose of the role is to raise the profile of Enfield Carers Centre by representing the Centre at GP Surgeries, hospitals and other healthcare settings throughout the borough.
The job will involve talking to staff, patients and Carers and referring Carers to the Carers Centre.
There are information stands in the healthcare settings that need to be kept supplied with current information literature.
You will also provide community advice and support to NHS staff, patients carers and visitors of North Middlesex University Hospital via the Community Access Hub.
