Just a big THANK YOU to the Field Dames WI, who even during a pandemic lock down managed to raised £1280 to support our Young Carers.
We really appreciate being able to do extra for our Young Carers and this will really help!
Field Dames was born out of an idea several years ago to create a social group for local women of any age to meet regularly, learn new things and put something back into the community.
Our aim is to be a modern up-to-date branch and to appeal to a wide mix of ages.
Although some of us make jam in true WI tradition, there’s no singing of Jerusalem!
