Emotional Health & Wellbeing for Young Carers

BOXING WORKOUT & MIND TRAINING WITH PRO INSTRUCTORS LIVESTREAMED FROM A REAL BOXING CLUB

From Friday 8th September young people in London (ages 8-18) can join BAM!, a free, weekly online group teaching non-contact boxing and mindfulness. 

Mindful Peak Performance (MPP) work with professional sports men and women, including TeamGB Olympic athletes and premiership rugby and football teams!

They teach mindfulness and sport, and will be livestreaming from their boxing club, teaching you boxing moves and also how to use mindfulness to feel more calm and in control.

Anyone who’s interested can register for a free place and they will send you full details plus the access link and password for the group.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • It’s a drop in group, every Friday 6pm – 7pm, starting 8th September.
  • You don’t need any experience or equipment, just a clear space in your room, wear comfortable clothing and have a bottle of water to hand.
  • You can use any device, laptops or tablets are best – the bigger the screen the better! – but a phone is fine too!
  • You can have your camera on or off – we recommend leaving it on so we can help you learn the boxing techniques, but it’s up to you!
