The Sanctuary is an online chat group created specifically in response to coronavirus and the anxieties this could lead to for people with an eating disorder.  Eating disorders thrive in isolation, so it is important to stay connected and support each other through this. The Sanctuary is open daily 9am – 8pm during weekdays and 4pm – 8pm at weekends & on Bank holidays.

Winston’s Wish is a national charity that supports bereaved children and young people after the death of a significant person.

Youth Access  – An advice and counselling service for young people.

Youth Enfield – Enfield Council’s Youth Development Service Activities portal. Free Activities for young people who live or attend a school in Enfield.
